The Quatuor Manneken-Pis was born at the Royal Conservatory of Music of Brussels in 2016 where musicians from Spain, Italy, Israel and France met. Wanting to share their passion, they chose chamber music as a mean of expression, demonstrating that music has no borders. The young quartet offers during their concerts a musical journey as much geographically than temporally with original pieces for saxophone as well as transcripts from the baroque to the contemporary eras.

Le Quatuor Manneken-Pis est né au sein du Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel - Conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles royal de Bruxelles en 2016 de la rencontre de musiciens venus d’Espagne, Italie, Israël et France. Soucieux de transmettre leur passion, ils ont choisi la musique de chambre pour s’exprimer, démontrant que la musique n’a pas de frontières. Ce jeune quatuor propose lors de ses concerts un voyage musical tant géographique que temporel avec des pièces originales pour saxophone ainsi que des transcriptions allant de la période baroque à la période contemporaine.
